Got Calendula, Sage,or Lavender? Then pick one and make some floral butter. ½ cup finely chopped flowers ½ pound unsalted butter Combine the flowers with the butter. Let it sit for an hour, then refrigerate. Refrigerated fit lasts for 2 weeks, frozen up to 6 months.
