California Dreaming

BBQ chicken glazed with honey BBQ sauce after a sprinkling of my Food Magic spices.

The salad was made with fresh spring mix greens, home grown sprouts and cherry tomatoes, plus some sliced mushrooms and topped with feta cheese. Oh, and we used our new Pine needle vinegar and some olive oil for the dressing. Toss on a few Kalamata olives and  … wicked yummy!

I toasted goat cheese on a piece of rye bread after drizzling it with a little olive oil.

It was a great dinner and I took a photo to share with you!
